What will you get from a combination of avocados and chocolate? The answer is a healthy pudding. Avocados contains healthy nutrients. Vitamin E, monounsaturated fat and anti oxidant are to name a few. A combination with unsweetened chocolate powder can turn this healthy fruit into an even healthier food. Leave milk and sugar out of the pudding, switch sugar to honey (best is raw honey), add a little bit of water as you blend the avocado and chocolate powder.
Making avocado chocolate pudding has become one of my routine now. It’s so easy to make. Today, I used a little bit of mint leaf give a fresh taste to the pudding.
Add two spoons of unsweetened chocolate powder
A little bit of honey to sweeten the pudding
Then blend it
There you go, avocado chocolate pudding is ready. Refrigerate it for at least two hours for a better taste.
